Q. Is the Chapel affiliated with a religious denomination? |

A. The Chapel is a non-denominational facility and openly welcomes all faiths. |

Q. Does Willowood provide and serve alcoholic beverages for the reception? |
|
A. Willowood will not provide or serve alcoholic beverages. Additionally, we will not allow for alcoholic beverages to be served on the premises by an outside caterer/vendor. |

Q. What if we rented the gazebo and it rains on our wedding day? |
|
A. The wedding can be moved to the chapel for an additional $650 if not in use. |

Q. Is a deposit required to hold the facility? |
|
A. There will be a 50% deposit required at the time of confirming your date (non-refundable if canceled) at Willowood Chapel. Final payments are required two weeks prior to the wedding rehearsal. |

Q. What are my payment options? |
|
A. Willowood Chapel accepts checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. A 5% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments. |

Q. When will the dress rehearsal take place? |
|
A. Our on-site staff will contact you to schedule your dress rehearsal. As a general guide, rehearsals are scheduled the day prior to the ceremony. |

Q. How long will the dress rehearsal take? |
|
A. The typical rehearsal takes about 1 hour, provided full cooperation by the wedding party. |
|

Q. Who's responsible for clean up after the wedding ceremony and reception? |
|
A. Willowood will handle general cleanup but any outside vendors that are used are responsible for removing their materials and equipment. |
