Willowood Ranch, an outreach of Celebration Ministries, Inc. (“Willowood Ranch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through willowoodranch.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us

When you fill out an inquiry form, schedule a tour, email us, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • your name, email address, and phone number;
  • event details, such as event type, preferred dates, guest count, and lodging needs; and
  • any messages or notes you send us.

If you book with us, we also collect the information needed to prepare your agreement and invoices. Payments are processed by our payment and accounting providers; we do not store full credit card numbers on the Site.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site and the tools we use collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), to understand how visitors use the Site;
  • our hosting provider’s performance, security, and traffic tools; and
  • embedded content, such as Google Maps and social media links, which may set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as intended without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • answer your questions and respond to inquiries;
  • schedule and confirm tours, and send reminders;
  • plan, book, and serve your wedding, retreat, or event, including agreements and invoices;
  • send updates you have agreed to receive;
  • keep the Site secure and working, and improve it; and
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, tour, or event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run the Site and our ministry, such as website hosting, our customer relationship and scheduling system, email and text message delivery, accounting and invoicing, analytics, and online giving, who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • with vendors working on your event, only when needed and with your knowledge;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Willowood Ranch, our guests, or others; and
  • with your consent.

6. Online Giving

Donations to Celebration Ministries, Inc. are made through a third-party giving provider. Information you enter there is collected and handled under that provider’s privacy policy.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including keeping records of events and payments as required for accounting and legal purposes.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must keep by law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to Other Websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as social media, maps, scheduling, and online giving pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
