The Site is operated by Willowood Ranch, an outreach of Celebration Ministries, Inc., a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry (“Willowood Ranch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site shares information about Willowood Ranch, our chapel, event center, lodging, retreats, and weddings in Bells, Texas, and lets you contact us, request information, and schedule tours. Information on the Site, including descriptions, photos, availability, packages, and pricing, is provided for general information only and may change at any time without notice.

2. Bookings Are Governed by Your Agreement

Nothing on the Site is an offer, reservation, or contract. Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not reserve a date. A date is reserved only when a signed event or rental agreement is in place and any required deposit has been received. If your signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, your signed agreement controls.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information;
  • send spam or harmful code, or try to interfere with the Site’s security or operation;
  • scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; or
  • use the Site in any way that violates the law or the rights of others.

4. Information You Send Us

When you submit a form, email us, or schedule a tour, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. How we handle that information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Text Messages and Emails

If you give us your phone number or email address and agree to be contacted, we may send you messages about your inquiry, tour, or event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email.

6. Our Content

The Site’s text, photos, videos, logos, graphics, and design are owned by Willowood Ranch or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control, such as our online giving page, social media, maps, and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Donations

Online gifts to Celebration Ministries, Inc. are processed by a third-party giving provider. Giving is governed by that provider’s terms and any information shown when you give. Please contact us with any questions about a gift.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Grayson County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
