This collection gathers the three ways to marry at Willowood Ranch — an intimate Elopement, a full Day Package, or a Weekend spent together on the ranch. Every celebration is private: the property is closed to the public, so the only people here are the ones you invited.

For the couple who wants the day pared down to what matters — the chapel, the vows, and the few people closest to you — with two simple ways to marry, just the two of you.

PLEASE NOTE

The Elopement is a ceremony, priced by your duration of time at the ranch — the Event Center is not included, and there is no reception. Your guests join you for the ceremony itself. For dinner, dancing & a full reception, see The Day Package.

Outdoor ceremonies — chairs are provided by the couple.

The Morning

Doors open for décor set-up. Settle into the Bridal House, the Bridal Loft & the Groom’s House to get ready in comfort.

 

MIDDAY

First Looks

Portraits across the ranch — the pond, the fields, the chapel steps — before guests arrive.

 

LATE DAY

The Ceremony

Say I do in the chapel — up to 150 guests — or outdoors on the Grounds or at the Gazebo, for up to 250 guests.

 

EVENING

The Reception

Dinner, toasts & your first dance in the Event Center — room for up to 250 guests, tables & garden chairs set for you.

 

11 PM

The Send-Off

One last dance and a send-off beneath the night sky — sparkler send-offs are popular and welcome here.

Things to Remember

A few important details to keep in mind as you plan — your coordinator will walk through each one with you.

  • Your date is secured with a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer.
  • Event liability insurance and a refundable damage deposit are required for every wedding, covering all days of access.
  • Vendors must be licensed where applicable and insured — a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required.
  • Serving alcohol? A TABC-certified bartender and security personnel are required.
  • To protect the spaces — no nails, staples, glitter, confetti, or open flames, unless fully enclosed.
  • The Day Package does not include extra set-up or tear-down time — if you’ll need more time, we recommend the Weekend Package.

Waitstaff requirements vary by event and will be outlined in your contract.
